We recently celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The whole process was seamless from start to finish, and the coaches on the day were absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and great with the kids. My daughter and all her friends had an amazing time, and we received so much positive feedback from family and guests. The space and activities were perfect, and everything ran smoothly. My daughter celebrated her 6th birthday at Sydney Hills Gymnastics Castle Hill over the weekend, and I am very happy to say that we had a great experience. Firstly my daughter was sick on the day of her party and the venue was very understanding and offered to reschedule to the following week when they had availability. Our coaches on the day Annie and Christine, were very helpful in taking us through the process when we arrived and were excellent with the kids. The kids had so much fun and we received great feedback from the parents on how much the kids enjoyed the party. I would highly recommend for a fun and memorable kids party.

Poor experience at a birthday party. We attended a birthday party last weekend and for the second time the experience was quite poor. Two girls were managing the event and one of the was extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t give you enough time, the games and activities are basic , and the big end of party game is … “Hide and Seek” ! The attitude is condescending and entitled . The staff was more concerned about clearing tables even before kids had finished. Very pushy and rude. If you want to make your kids birthday party an event she will cringe about then this is the place.
