As a Mum to a 4yr old who is reserved and shy until she establishes her safe people, starting Rhythmic beginners at Birchgrove was a big step for her. It has been absolutely fantastic for her social skills and confidence. She doesn’t verbally share too much about her classes - but she doesn’t have to. She is so happy each week, she is growing in strength and confidence and looks forward to class. She also enjoys showing one skill she worked on in class to her Nanny and us each week. I am so thankful to the coaches for their obvious care and support (and patience when she is too shy to verbally respond!). I often catch her teaching her 3yr old brother all of her ‘tricks’ too. I knew how highly experienced the program was, and now I also know how nurturing the environment is too. Thank you!
