We have had a very good experience with JUMP! Swim Schools Rozelle. My son started swimming lessons here as a baby/toddler. We stopped for a couple of years and restarted when he turned 4, as he was behind in water confidence and swimming skills. Coach Giovanna was excellent at rebuilding his confidence in the water. Later, Coach Claudia really took him to the next level. After about 6 months of regular swimming classes and holiday intensive swimming programs, he became very confident and can now swim almost independently. He also had a few lessons with Coach Manuel and Bec, which helped a lot. He still remembers Coach Jonelle from his toddler swimming classes, which shows the positive impact the teachers have on children. Giovanna also does a great job at reception and is always welcoming. At times, communication by email was a bit slow and there were some minor communication issues. However, the quality of the swimming instructors, the kids swimming programs, and my son’s progress have been excellent. Overall, high-quality swimming lessons for kids, especially for local families in Rozelle. We are very happy with our son’s learning and water safety development.

My son has been at Jump Rozelle since he was a baby and we’ve loved every moment. The teachers are patient, attentive and excellent at communicating with parents. The teachers feedback to improve technique is always constructive and super helpful. It’s for all these reasons, we will stay at Jump until our son is a confident and independent swimmer.

Jacqui and the team at Jump have been so great! After a few private lessons our son is swimming unassisted. He was struggling at another school and these lessons have helped so much. Amazing customer service too!

My son has been attending swimming lessons at Jump since he was 4 months old and is now 13 months. He absolutely loves swimming, and until recently we had a positive experience. Unfortunately, our December payment didn’t go through during a very busy time of year. When I noticed in January that the next payment also hadn’t gone through, I called immediately to pay over the phone. I was told by staff that I could make the payment when we came in for my son’s class on Sunday. The following day, I received an email from the owner, Jacquie , stating that our membership had been cancelled. I contacted her straight away to explain that I had already spoken to staff and was following their instructions, but this was dismissed and there was no willingness to reconsider or resolve the situation. I then phoned the centre because I was extremely upset — not for myself, but for my son, who loves his lessons and had been attending for a long time. The staff I spoke to were kind and understanding. However, I later received an email accusing me of “harassing staff,” which came as a complete shock. I was never rude or aggressive — I was simply asking for understanding and hoping the membership could be reinstated. It has now been a week with no further response. I’m deeply disappointed by how this was handled, especially given the focus should be on the children. I had previously recommended Jump to other mums, but sadly this experience has changed that.
