My daughters have grown in confidence and look forward to their classes each week. The end of year showcase is an annual highlight in our family calendar, it is wonderful to see such diversity amongst the dancers from across Sydney.

My eldest daughter started with lunchtime jazz classes 5 years ago and has progressed to musical theatre and contemporary. Her younger sister was desperate to get in on the action this year as well. My 2 kids absolutely loves Dance Zone Productions! The quality and the achievements of all of DZP instructors made them perfect role models for our kids. Daniel started at Hip Hops when he was only 5 yrs old and Charlotte has been doing Jazz since kindergarten with Miss Claudine. The concerts organised by Kate and her team are always spectacular! DZP is very encouraging and provide a safe environment for our children to be active and learn how to be a team player and be active at the same time. DZP is such a friendly and professional dance group & their customer service are 5 stars! The whole crew have infectious enthusiasm, their love of dance and teaching style are truly inspiring and all of the kids at school are always looking forward to the annual showcase. I first registered my kids (teeny tiny dancers class) at DZP in 2015, being 2.5 and 4.5 years old, after having a look at various dance schools. Since then, we have been very pleased to have joined this dancing school, as I think it offers the best service by far. Teeny tiny dancers class is a very ‘sweet’ class for very young kids, aged 2-6 years old. It has a mixture of age appropriate songs and some more generic jazz/pop ones and is run by a very talented teacher & choreographer from the UK. Apart from the obvious, teaching good technique, steps, rhythm and balance, it is also great fun for the kids. My kids have become more disciplined, co-ordinated and confident, while they have made a couple of new friends. This class in my opinion is the best of its kind in Sydney and I would recommend that every kid tries it properly: it can take 2-4 lessons until young kids start to fully follow the class and enjoy it. We recently moved on to the next class (Kids Hip Hop) which is for older kids: my kids love this. Another thing I love about DZP is their annual performances (optional) which are usually held in November. It is a wonderful, proud and beyond description feeling to watch your little ones perform on stage! And of course, this is accompanied by long lasting memories of professionally recorded videos during the show (optional for each kid). It is also remarkable to note that the choreography of the show overall is spectacular and all kids perform as mini-professional dancers. All DZP staff (teachers, school founder and admin) have always been extraordinary professional, kind, approachable and helpful. Last, a couple of practical things: -there is easy and free parking in the area (Alexandria) and at least a couple of great coffee shops around for parents to enjoy while their kids are having their lessons. -the class fees are very competitive. I would very highly recommend this dancing school.
